Michele Akerlind – Co Owner
Following a career in the corporate world, Michele retrained to open a childcare setting that would better support her work and family life. Michele’s two children attended Cheeky Cherubs where she drew on this experience, developing an understanding of childcare from both the parent and provider points of view.
Michele’s primary focus is on HR, financial and business management within the company. Michele has a number of childcare qualifications, including study trips to Italy, to explore both the Tuscan and Reggio Emilia approach to Early Years Care and Education.
